Box Eligibility:
- We ship boxes to the 48 contiguous United States.
- Box nominees must be currently scheduled for initial mastectomy surgery due to a diagnosis of breast cancer or a high risk of developing breast cancer. Post-surgery requests and additional phases of reconstruction surgery do not qualify.
- If you or someone you know is scheduled for mastectomy surgery and meets the above requirements, please complete a nomination form (below).
- Although we would love to personally respond to each request, due to the high volume of nominations we receive, you will only hear back from us if your nominee qualifies for a box and is selected to receive one.
- We send as many boxes as possible, but due to limited funds, please understand that not every qualified nominee will receive a box.
- Boxes are provided at no cost to our recipients. Donations keep this program going; please consider supporting us!
